The hillside is well organised and well maintained by a dedicated staff. The roads up the hill provide easy access to the villas other essential items such as water and electricity are reliable as the infrastructure has been steadily improved in recent years.
Villa Pradomar is located less than a five minute walk from the community pool and tennis courts.
The communal area of Monte de los Almendros is rarely busy but features a large swimming pool (measuring about 19 meters ?) as well as a smaller, shallow children’s pool, as well as slides, swings, see-saw. For the more active there is also a tennis court as well as a five a side football area and basketball hoop, often in the summer there are table tennis facilities close to the pool and. The area close to the pool also has its own wifi connection (if you enquire at the administration office they will provide details on how to access it).
