Villa Pradomar is accessed up a driveway from a wide tarmac road which is well maintained and with easy access from the main coastal road between Salobrena and Almunecar. At the top of the drive it flattens out at the same level (apart from a step) as the main accommodation level, making access trouble free .

 Main level
Open plan living and dining area – TV, DVD, (Nintendo ) Wii, fireplace, large secure glazed doors and windows with access to large front terrace
Kitchen – Fully equipped kitchen, granite worktops, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, extractor fan, blender to make refreshing fresh juice drinks
Main bedroom – TV, air-conditioning (cold and hot), terrace access, window with mosquito net, walk in wardrobe, hairdryer.
Bathroom – two sinks, bath, bidet, toilet
Study/Reading area
Large main front terrace with outdoor dining table with stunning views to Salobrena, the sea and the Sierra Nevada mountains (snow capped for about 6 months of the year).
Outside at this level close to where the car is parked there is additional storage space for groceries and a large fridge/freezer.

Tropical Gardens
Around the front of the villa there is a usable garden which stretches the length of the plot to the far end of the swimming pool. The garden and other outdoor areas of the property have been well planted with a range of tropical plants and palms which add to the tropical feel of the property.

The villa has broadband WIFI.
Free access to the large communal swimming pool, children’s pool, tennis courts and play area of the Monte de los Almendros recreation area.

As this is a private villa rental and a home for part of the year we hope you find the villa will be both comfortable and well equipped.

Please do not smoke in the villa and unfortunately no pets allowed.
